ISO/TS16949 provides practical and effective methods for reducing costs, streamlining business and industrial processes, and strengthening customer and supplier relationships.
The CQI has teamed up with training specialists, JPD Group, to offer this comprehensive one-day course that prepares managers who need to understand the complex and interacting requirements of ISO/TS16949 and their implications to the business operation.

- The impact in terms of both the structure and process approach on the present QMS
