ISO/TS16949: Internal Auditor
Description
To be qualified to conduct ISO/TS 16949:2002 internal audits your auditors must demonstrate a sound practical competency in both QMS auditing and manufacturing process auditing methodologies. The CQI has teamed up with training specialists, JPD Group, to offer this comprehensive hands-on two-day workshop that provides practical instruction to ensure that your auditors thoroughly understand the principles and practices involved.
Course content
This practical course will:
- Explain the auditor role in ensuring compliance to automotive supply chain quality system requirements
- Review the automotive supplier quality system standard ISO/TS16949 requirements from an auditor perspective
- Highlight the benefits of auditing using a process approach of your quality management system
- Give guidance on how to ensure the audit process gives added value to your company operation
Who should attend
- Managers and staff who are, or about to become, members of the organisation's audit team. ISO/TS16949 requires that staff are trained and competent
- Managers and key staff from any function who may be required to act as the auditee
- New company starters who need a basic understanding of the specific automotive supply chain quality system requirements
