Loss reduction through effective communication
Integrating a process to assure effective information content for critical communication
A course to provide delegates with the knowledge and skill (including tools and techniques) to design, implement and continually improve a built in process to reduce or remove a form of waste that occurs many times a day, daily and generally goes unnoticed and not costed. The variety of types of waste resulting from a failure to transfer intended meaning in a message when it matters.
Why you should attend
If the trickle waste suffered every day by every organisation as a direct or indirect result of misunderstood internal and external communications were ever to be properly identified, costed and logged, the amount would be considered totally unacceptable. Catastrophic results can also occur but are generally recognised as such and heads roll.
By attending this course the incidence of both types of loss can be reduced to a minimum, there will be an overall improvement in all aspects concerning governance of the organisation and the quality of its products including especially the management system and continual improvement.
