First person to complete the programme

John Forte, European Medicines Agency, became the first person to successfully complete the programme, and was awarded his Quality Management Practices certificate in December 2007. John is very happy with his pioneering status:

The whole programme was very enriching. It's very important for any quality professional to participate in these courses. You take so much away from them. It's not just learning the theory behind quality but also learning practical ways of implementing it. The certificate is part of my continuing education in quality and I'll look out for some more courses in 2008.
